Nowadays when people graduate whether from high school or college, they always think to work for a company. It's an absolute decision they automatically make.
But if we see the advantage between being an employee or entrepreneur, which one is better?
What fresh graduated mostly think about being employee:
- Big office building
- Suit and tie outfit
- Get operational vehicle from company
- Make a lot of profit
- Work like a boss
Well, i think if you just graduated from high school or college it's important to work as employee to gain experience for your work journey.
Also to grow fund to open a business for being an entrepreneur.
Now that we already the facts about being an employee, we can compare with being an entrepreneur.
What is the reason of becoming an entrepreneur?

An entrepreneur can make more money than employee. why? because there's no limit for an entrepreneur to make money, per hour, per day. Depends on how your business going. Unlimited income is possible thing in business.
Employee works from 8am-5pm. An entrepreneur doesn't have strict working hours. Entrepreneur start working when he/she open his/her business, vice versa.
Everyone must have a dream, the difference with entrepreneur is he/she make the dream come true, pursuing the dream. By doing a business you can achieve your dream indeed.
Of course being an entrepreneur is completely independent, no one is telling you what to do. You're the boss of your own business. You're organizing and controlling your own business.Even if you wanna make your own day-off. Your business depends on your discipline.
An entrepreneur will has self satisfaction by doing his/her business. Because the entrepreneur make jobs available for a lot of people, reduce unemployment in his/her country.
Even if the business was succeed, you're not bring success to yourself but for all the employees (together).
Now that i have compare the differences between employee and entrepreneur, well both side have positive and negative points.
If you love working under pressure and absolute money per month then being an employee is suitable for you.
Being an entrepreneur, you have make your own pressure. Push yourself to achieve goals, defeat your competitors, if you don't want to have competitors then creative idea is needed to start a business.
