The "Must Have" Mindset of Entrepreneur

If you already read my previous post about Entrepreneur VS Employee, maybe some of you already decide what you will become. Of course in here i only explain for you who want to become an entrepreneur.
Let's see what's on your mind, do you have a correct mindset of entrepreneur?

An entrepreneur not only think about money, making big amount of money from his/her business. if that so, then you will do anything to earn big money (ex: cheating, bad quality, etc).

What should be thought by an entrepreneur?

I suggest you're not focus only about all above, an entrepreneur should be able to see from many viewpoints, not just focus on one thing.

Your Business Is Your Playground
Think that your business is your playground, that you can enjoy it being there working. You will never feel burdened by what you do there. Unconsciously, Your business has stepped up to a more advanced, and continues to advance. As an entrepreneur, you will need to love your business because of the effort and long hours required.

You/Your Business Is Better
An entrepreneur must have positive thoughts about his/her business that his/her business is better than the others, that you can defeat the other competitors. Optimistic thoughts is something that should be owned by the entrepreneur to still rise.

Rules Are Not Boundaries
As entrepreneurs should be able to think smart in looking at the rules. Entrepreneur always looking for ways to do things differently. That means acquiring a global perspective, always peering over the horizon, or at least towards it, to where the next big thing is awaiting.

Open Minded
Open yourself to a variety of ideas and business options. Your success may hinge on developing several ideas or managing multiple business ventures. Putting all of your efforts into one idea increases your risk of failure, similar to putting your entire retirement savings into one stock.

Be a Leader
Being a leader is needed if you want to develop a business from nothing into something. Could see the opportunity in sight, and dare to take that chance despite the risk. This means making big decisions about what must be done, when and how.

Is it enough?
An entrepreneur must still learn to create creative ideas as well as to create a bridge solutions for their business problems. That could be learning to set up a spreadsheet, getting investors on board, marketing your ideas, crafting your perfect pitch, or using unfamiliar technology. What needs to be done, has to be done - there is no room for excuses. There's a looping circle where the entrepreneur need to do it over and over again.
The more important:
- If you fail at your business, doesn't mean you should stop. It's the beginning of success.
- Challenge is fun.
- Obstacles are adventure.
